Wakelings Duel (the "Game") is made and published by Really Random Studio, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game — on the App Store, on the web, or on a game portal — you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Game or its assets without our written permission.
The Game — including its code, art, creatures, names, music, and design — belongs to Really Random Studio, LLC. These terms transfer no ownership to you.
Don't exploit bugs to disrupt leaderboards, interfere with other players' experience, or use the Game for anything unlawful. On platform versions (Reddit, CrazyGames, GameDistribution, the App Store), the platform's own rules also apply.
Some versions of the Game are supported by advertising. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Progress is stored on your device; we cannot recover progress lost to deleted apps, cleared browsers, or mischievous siblings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Really Random Studio, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. The Game is free; our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.
We may update the Game, these terms, or stop offering the Game at any time. Material changes to these terms take effect when posted here with a new effective date; continuing to play means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Really Random Studio, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
